Do you need my password?
Only for Robux via Login. Every other service needs just your username. For Via Login your password is encrypted, seen only by the seller delivering your order, and deleted when the order ends. We never ask for it on WhatsApp.
Why must 2-Step Verification be on?
It protects your account, and sellers need it on to deliver. Roblox also limits how much Robux an account can receive each day and month.
My account is under 16. Can I still top up?
Yes, but some under-16 accounts need Parental Controls linked to a parent before they can receive Robux. Choose “Under 16” when you order and follow the steps before you pay.
What if my Robux doesn’t arrive?
Report a problem from your order page instead of confirming. Your payment stays held while we sort it out, and you get a refund if it can’t be delivered.
